Mysore: 3 elephants ill-treated in Circus

Mysore, Oct 29: After recieving calls from Animal Right forum about the ill-treatment of elephants in Circus, the Forest Department officials rescued 3 elephants. from the Great Bombay Circus.

A report submitted by veterinarians of the Mysore zoo, who had inquired into the matter after receiving a complaint from animal rights groups said that the elephants were not being looked after properly. The elephants were not provided enough water to drink, the activists had contended in the complaint.
