Flights disrupted due to fog in Kolkata
Kolkata, Oct 29 (UNI) Morning flights from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport here were disrupted today due to fog.
The flights were held up between two and half hours on an average, airport officials said adding poor visibility during the season's first fog prevented any landing and take off.
The Air India's Port Blair flight was the first to depart from the airport. It left at 0810 hrs instead of the scheduled 0545 hrs.
An Indigo airlines flight was the first to arrive after the fog ended.
