Veteran freedom fighter Vishwanath Chaubey dead

Lucknow, Oct 28: Non-agenarian veteran leader Vishwanath Chaubey passed away, following an illness here on Tuesday, Oct 28.

He was 94. Mr Chaubey was amongst one of the heroes, who fought against the British rule during the Ballia revolt in 1942. He had been associated with renowned freedom fighters namely Chitu Pandey and Parasnath Mishra during his life.
