Traffic cops' special drive

Hyderabad, Oct 27 (UNI) The Hyderabad Traffic Police organised a special drive against overloading of school children in autorickshaws today Police said seventy cases had been booked against the vehicles, which were carrying extra school children. Of them, 67 were autos and three vans.

It was noticed that all such overloaded autos were found carrying eight to ten school children in each auto.

It was also noticed that some auto drivers were allowing the school children to sit by the side of the driver.

A special drive was organised against triple riding today with police booking 403 cases, a release here said.
