Leopard runover by train

Jaipur, Oct 27 (UNI) A leopard was mowed down by a speeding goods train near Amarapura railway station in Pali district yesterday, Official sources said here today.

A couple of the big cats was passing by the railway tracks when a goods train hit the female early yesterday, the sources said.

The companion of the dead animal was roaming around the accident spot till dawn, they added.
