Paswan demands to book Raj Thackeray
Patna, Oct 26 (UNI) LJP Chief and Union Minister Ramvilas Paswan today demanded to file criminal case against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Raj Thackeray.
Mr Paswan told mediapersons that the criminal case under Section 302 should be lodged against Raj Thackeray for his alleged role in the assault on examinees from Bihar in Mumbai on Sunday last.
Mr Paswan also condemned the attack saying that the youth wing of his party would not rest in peace till Raj Thackeray was booked under the murder charges.
He said the Indian Constitution has provided freedom to the people to move anywhere in search of job and livelyhood within the country. The assault by the MNS supporters in Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai, was totally undemocratic and against the spirit of the contitution, he added.
Mr Paswan has instructed his youthwing to adopt peaceful path and avoid indulging in violence to protest against the assault.
