Key recruiter remanded to judicial custody
Kannur, Oct 26 (UNI) Faizal, who was arrested here yesterday by the special squad for his alleged links with militants, was today remanded to judicial custody.
The Thallasery Additional rptg Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate remanded Faizal when he was produced before him.
The police special squad arrested Faizal yesterday following a tip-off from the slain militant Fayaz's mother Safiya.
Safiya had informed Kannur Police that Faizal had taken away Fayaz by offering a job at Bangalore on Spetember 10.
Fayaz was killed in a police encounter at Kashmir on October seven.
