Key recruiter remanded in judicial custody
Kannur, Oct 26 (UNI) Faizal, who was arrested here yesterday by the special squad for his alleged links with militants, was today remanded in judicial custody.
The Thallasery Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate remanded Faizal when he was produced before him.
The police special squad arrested Faizal yesterday following a tip-off from the slain militant Fayaz's mother Safiya.
Safiya had informed Kannur Police that Faizal had taken away Fayaz by offering a job at Bangalore on September ten.
Fayaz was killed in a police encounter in Kashmir on October seven.
