Crackers blast kills 3

Bhind, MP, Oct 26 (UNI) Two women and a girl were killed on the spot and six injured, five of them severely, in this district town following a blast at about 0600 hrs today in a house where crackers were being made illegally.

''The explosion occurred in Gohri Talab area. The house and another near it collapsed. The deceased were identified as Sameena (16), Zareena (35) and Sufi (55),'' said Superintendent of Police Abhay Singh.

Grievously-hurt Akbar Khan, Rehmani, Irshad, children Dilshad and Usman were admitted to the District Hospital. District Collector Suhail Ali has ordered a probe. A case was registered against house owner Allu Khan and Akbar Khan.
