Army jawan drugged and looted at railway station
Ambala, Oct 26 (UNI) An Army jawan was drugged and then robbed of Rs 36,000 at the Ambala Cantonment railway station today.
The jawan, Des Raj was on his way home to Rewari and was waiting at the railway station for a train when two persons approached him to inquire about his destination. After striking a rapport with the jawan they offered him some eatables which were laced with a drug.
On consuming the eatables, the jawans fell unconscious and was then robbed of the cash he was carrying. Later he was taken to a hospital for treatement.
