Kerala: AKBAF women conference on Oct 26

Kozhikode, Oct 25: As many as 300 delegates from 14 districts in Kerala would participate in the All Kerala Bank Employees Federation (AKBAF) Women Conference on Sunday, Oct 26. All India Bank Employees Association Women Cell Secretary Lalitha Joshi would give key-note address at the meet. The conference would be inaugurated by well known novelist Khadeeja Mumtaz, AKBEF General Secretary V J Johny and state Convenor K Mallika told reporters on Saturday, Oct 25.

The meet would deliberate in detail on issues relating to women working in the banking sector and the proposed move to privatise public sector banks, among others, they added.
