Four detained in connection with Malegaon blast
Indore, Oct 24: Four people have been detained by the Anti-Terrorism Squad of Maharashtra police for questioning into Malegaon blasts.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Indore) Mahesh Chandra Jain told UNI that Shyamlal Sahu, Dilip Nayar, Shivnarayan and Dharmendra Bairagi were taken into custody by Maharashtra police. The foursome belonged to some Hindu outfit. The motorcycle, which was used to keep the bomb, belonged to them. However, the Hindu Jagran Manch and the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parisahd had denied association with those arrested. ABVP workers on Friday, Oct 24 staged a demonstration at Regal square over the matter. Mr Jain said he did not know what statements had been given by those arrested to Maharashtra ATS.
