Deve Gowda lauds ISRO scientists on 'Chandrayaan' success
Bangalore, Oct 24 (UNI) Former Prime Minister and JD(S) President H D Deve Gowda today congratulated the scientists and other staff of the ISRO for the successful launch of Chandrayaan- I, India's maiden mission to moon.
In a message issued here, he said the successful launch has established the nation's impeccable credentials in the field of space exploration over the years.
He also expressed confidence that the moon mission would achieve its objectives and bring to the fore new findings which would be of immense benefit to mankind, paving way for more such ventures in future.
