3 sisters killed as house collapses in Rajouri

Jammu, Oct 24 (UNI) Three minor sisters were killed, when their house collapsed at Massi Koda Jamola village in the bordering Rajouri district yesterday, sources today said.

The victims, identified as Santosh (14), Vandana (12), and Surishta (9), daughter of Mr Bal Krishan died when the roof of their 'kacha' house caved-in.

Mr Bal Krishan, who was sleeping in the adjoining room with wife while the incident occured, rushed out immediately and raised alarm.

''Locals came for the rescue but all in vain as the bodies of the girls could be retrieved from the debris after three hours only,'' a source said.
