More evidence of financial gain and witness collusion surfaces in Anand Jon trial

Los Angeles, Oct 23 : A defense witness in Anand Jon's case has testified in court, providing crucial information about the Indian fashion designer's alleged victims.

As alleged victim Britny O's work supervisor, Alicia H was in constant contact with Britny and watches over her during full-time job.

"It's more important to me that the truth be known than anything else at this point. Britny O is a nice person, but she is a habitual liar. I had to come forward; I had to tell someone what I know. We have to get our stories straight," Defense witness Alicia H said.

According to Alicia H, Britny O bragged at work, a local Grover Beach Radio Shack, that if they convicted Jon she could 'save her father's house' and that she and her jailed beau Chase could get their own place together.

Besides this, it has been revealed that Britny never claimed to be a victim in the case.

Although Britny talked about having to testify, she never said that she was assaulted or that her best friend and supporting witness in the trial, Janice Z was assaulted.

This shocking testimony comes on the heels of potentially self-damning testimony from prosecution witness Amanda C. on October 10, 2008 where she was repeatedly caught lying by the defense.
