Two notorious robbers nabbed by police

Hyderabad, Oct 21 (UNI) The city police apprehended notorious robberers Syed Mohammed and Mohd Basheer Khan while they were trying to dispose the stolen property.

The duo were sent to jail in December 2007 by the Task Force Police for committing robberies and dacoities in the limits of Rangareddy, Cyberabad, Nizambad, Nalagonda and Medak Districts according to a release here today.

The accused after releasing from jail, in the month of May, 2008 again decided to commit robberies. For committing robberies they robbed one Maruti Omni van.

Sayed Mohammed is a habitual offender and earlier convicted for eight times for his offences. He was arrested in 25 cases has been in prison for about 8 years.

Mohd Basheer Khan is brother-in-law of Syed Mohammed and has committed about 20 offences and convicted for six times, undergone four years imprisonment.
