Indian rupee open all-time low at 49.25/USD
Mumbai, Oct 22: The rupee opened down by 28 paise to an all-time low of 49.26, hit earlier this month, from its previous close of 48.98 per US dollar.
Brokers said the domestic currency witnessed a wide fluctuation ranging between 49.02 and 49.49 following increased dollar demand from importers and capital outflows by foreign funds.
