Lindsay Lohan's passengers in DUI chase sue her

Washington, Oct 22 : American actress Lindsay Lohan has been sued by three men who were passengers in the SUV she drove during a car chase.

Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter, and Dante Nigro allege that the actress was "angry and aggressive" during the chase, which subsequently led to her second DUI arrest last year.

In the lawsuit, the men said that they "felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan's surprising and sudden act" of allegedly commandeering a car, in which they happened to be sitting, to chase her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica

They are seeking unspecified damages in the case, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica.

Even though no one was physically injured, their suit describes a wild, traumatic ride with Lohan allegedly angry and intoxicated.

"Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed," People magazine quoted the lawsuit as saying.

"Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death.

"She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants," it stated.

Lohan's attorney, Ed McPherson, said that the lawsuit was "absurd".

"These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in," he told TMZ.com.
