Usha Martin Academy launches Centre for Telecom Training

Kolkata, Oct 21 (UNI) The Usha Martin Academy today launched the Centre of telecom training, the first of its kind in Eastern India, here today.

This institute is supported by telecom expert UshaComm as the knowledge partner.

Director of Usha Martin Academy Saugata Banerjee in a release said, '' Ushacomm empowers the offering of this training with its rich experience in cutting edge technologies and knowledge of business processes that it has gathered for over a decade serving top notch clients like Vodafone, Aircell, MTNL, Cable&Wireless globally. '' He said the telecommunication industry in India was experiencing major growth spurring the requirement of skilled manpower both in Eastern India and pan India and to address this problem, Usha Martin Academy had come up with the initiative of launching centre for telecom training.

The institute will specifically target those candidates aspiring to make a career in telecommunication, he added.

Advanced courses on Communication technology in the areas of GSM, GPRS, 3G, WiMAX, IPTV etc and IT enabled processes like Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Revenue Management, Product Management and Billing will form part of the programs offered.
