Rare collection of Bronze Age finds at Stonehenge to go on display
London, Oct 21 : A rare collection of Bronze Age excavations is set to go on display at the Wiltshire Heritage Museum, Devizes.
The extraordinary items discovered in 1808 include two gold plaques, a gold belt hook, a bronze axe head and copper dagger, reports Times Online
The Stonehenge treasures were excavated from the burial mound of a male interred between 1,900 and 1,700BC.
The collection is on display to mark the bicentenary of their discovery.
