Pulok Chatterjee appointed as ED of World Bank

New Delhi, Oct 21: Mr Pulok Chatterjee, presently Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), has been appointed Executive Director, World Bank, for a three-year term.

In another announcement by the Appointments Committee, the tenure of Mr Dhirendra Kumar, Executive Director, World Bank, has been extended up to January 31, 2009.
