Manpower Inc buys ABC Consultants stake in Manpower India

New Delhi, Oct 21 (UNI) Recruitment firm Manpower Inc today said it has acquired 26 per cent stake of ABC Consultants in Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

''The global HR giant now completely owns the Indian arm of the recruitment company,'' the company said in a statement.

The acquisition will provide an accelerated boost to the 21 billion dollar company Manpower's aggressive growth plan, it added.

Presently, Manpower India has 25 offices in 16 cities across the country, employing over 500 consultants and is the recruitment partner for over 400 top companies.

Manpower Inc operates under five brands--Manpower, Manpower Professional, Elan, Jefferson Wells and Right Management.
