GoAir introduces GoComfort service
Mumbai, Oct 21 (UNI) Goair has introduced a first of its kind service 'GoComfort' as a step forward in providing all the key benefits that an Indian business passenger could need.
Goair chief executive officer Eduardo Badiali while talking to reporters here today said, ''Our GoComfort tickets are fully changeable, and two seats of first four rows will be reserved for these customers,'' The GoComfort product is offered at an additional minimal charge of Rs 1,750 over and above the regular highly competitive GoSmart fares, he added.
Meanwhile, GoAir also admitted that they loosing money in the ongoing rough phase of the aviation industry.
''Yes, we are losing money and I can't tell you the figure as this is a private comany. The breakeven point could be there depending on the cost of fuel and other expenditure'' Mr Badiali said.
''In this situation to work out an alliance makes sense, but again you should get a right alliance with right approach,'' he said.
Mr Badiali, however, said the company neither needs additional staff nor is it planning for retrenchment.
