Share market recovers 4 pc early

Mumbai, October 20, 2008 : India's main share index, the Bombay Stock Exchange recovered more than 4 percent in early deals on Monday after a sharp sell-off in the previous session.

The BSE Sensex is seen opening higher on Monday after a sharp sell-off plummeting to lowest close since mid-2006. However the recovery but may not hold as fears of a global recession continue to haunt investors.
