Rahul Gandhi to begin three-day visit to Uttarakhand today
Dehradun, Oct 20 : Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will begin his three-day visit to Uttarakhand from today.
The tour is being held to attract youths to the party, and also to restructure the National Students Union Of India (NSUI) and the Youth Congress by experimenting with internal elections.
During his visit, Rahul will participate in a convention of girl students at Ramnagar where he will answers to the girl students questions.
Besides, the Amethi MP will also have interactive session with the students at the Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna University at Srinagar in Garhwal.
Both the programme are being organised by the Uttarakhand unit of the NSUI.
On the last day of his tour, Rahul is expected to address a press conference in Dehradun.
This is the second consecutive political visit of Rahul to a state after his whirlwind tour in Punjab last month.
