Panther strays out of forest
Coimbatore, Oct 20 (UNI) People living in Sundarapuram area, in the outskirts of the city, had complained with the forest officials that a Panther, which had strayed out of the Madhukkari forests, was wandering in the residential area.
Forest officials said they visited the spot and collected pugmarks of the Panther. It has killed two goats which were tied in front of a house in Sundarapuram.
They have planned to bring a cage from Valparai to catch the Panther, the officials added.
