Moderate quake measuring 6.5 rocks Indonesia

New Delhi, Oct 20: A moderate intensity quake rocked Indonesia this morning spreading panic in the major Asian economic power.

The 'Orange' stage temblor, measuring 6.5 on the richter scale hit Minahasa in Indonesia at 1024 hrs (IST), according to the India Meteorological Department. Minahasa in Sulawesi region of Indonesia stands lattitude 0.1 degree north and longitude 120.3 degree east. No reports of any damage or loss of life has been accounted yet.
