Hearing on two Pakistani terrorists arrested was posted for Nov 19
Mysore, Oct 20 (UNI) The hearing of two Pakistani terrorists and their seven accomplice arrested was posted for November 19 by the III Additional District Judge here today.
Fahad and Mohd Ali Hussen, arrested in Mysore two years ago and seven of their accomplice were produced before the court amid tight security and after brief hearing judge M G Uma adjourned the hearing.
The Judge asked the police to submit before the court the medical report within next five days about health condition of one of the accomplice Mohd Koya, who's lawyer had earlier appealed that his client was not mentally sound and needs treatment.
The other accomplices arrested include Abdul Khadar, Khalid Raja, Sadiq Sharif, Nanjappa, Gopal Ismail and Rafiq Mohd Koya. The accused Fahad and Ali Hussain were brought from Bangalore where they are lodged in a high security jail. There was a heavy police security in the court premises here in view of the hearing of the accused. A metal detector was installed at the entrance of the court hall.
Fahad and Mohd Ali Hussein were arrested two years back while allegedly planning to install bombs at Central Institute Of Indian Languages (CIIL) and other important buildings in the city. During investigation they had confessed to had also planned to blast Vidhana Soudha and Vikas Soudha, the Secretariat buildings in Bangalore they were involved several killings in Jammu and Kashmir earlier.
