X Factor dubbed "Simon and Cheryl Show" after snub to other judges
London, Oct 20 : The X Factor show has now been dubbed as the "Simon and Cheryl Show" after the two began snubbing their co-judges and rivals, Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh.
Both Cowell and Cole are confident that one of their acts will win, and have become "thick as thieves", revealed insiders of the show.
They are so set on winning that even Walsh and Minogue are no longer included in their on-set jokes.
"Simon thinks it's hilarious none of his or Cheryl's acts have been in the final two yet," the Sun quoted a source as saying.
"He and Cheryl are thick as thieves on set and they often go off and do their own thing, ignoring Dannii and Louis. They're convinced one of their acts will win.
"Obviously Simon wants it to be one of his acts - he has the biggest ego after all. But if that doesn't happen he wants it to be one of Cheryl's.
"Everybody is joking about how it has become the Simon and Cheryl show - even Dannii," the source added.
