Educomp Solutions acquires 51% stake in Takshila Management
New Delhi, Oct 20 (UNI) Educomp Solutions Ltd, a city-based education solutions provider, today said it has acquired a 51 per cent stake in Takshila Management Services Pvt Ltd (TMSP), a company that sets up schools in Tier II and Tier III cities across the country.
Educomp Millennium learning system will be used in all the schools, to be called ''Takshila Schools'', as an integral part of the academic system, company said in a statement.
TMSP plans to set up three schools in Hoshiarpur (Punjab), Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) and Gaya (Bihar), which will be ready by June 2009.
The company also aims to set up further 25 schools over the next two years.
