BJP government showing partiality in releasing Funds:Chikkamadu

Mysore, Oct 20 (UNI) Senior Janata Dal (Secular) leader and member of Karnataka Legislative Council Chikkamadu today alleged that the BJP led government in the State is showing biased attitude in releasing funds for constitutency development.

Talking to newsemn here, he said that so far the government has not released even a single paise to MLCs Area Development Fund and thus making it hard to face the public.

"It has become difficult to reply to the public on developmental activities since the government has not released necessary funds.The Government has been releasing Funds for selected MLA constitutencies ignoring MLCs," he added.

Ridiculing the State Government's move to introduce toll collection on important roads, Mr Chikkamadu urged the government to drop the proposal.
