Truck collision kills three in Ambedkarnagar

Lucknow, Oct 19: Three persons were crushed to death and six grievously injured when two trucks collided head-on in Ambedkarnagar district this morning.

The incident occurred at Palai Bazar of Samanpur area, where two trucks dashed against each other injuring nine persons, police said.

The profusely bleeding persons were being taken to hospital, when three persons succumbed on the way while the condition of six others is stated to be critical.

The bodies have been sent for a postmortem.
