Election meetings banned in educational institutes in C'garh

Rajnandgaon, CG, Oct 19 (UNI) Political parties are facing problems with the Election Commission banning election meetings in government, semi-government and private educational institutions.

At a meeting called by the district Collector here, district BJP President Suresh H Lal said behavioral difficulties would arise if election meetings cannot take place in government and non-government private schools.

Meanwhile, Additional Collector Sunil Jain said preparations were complete for filing of nominations scheduled to begin from tomorrow. A maximum of five people, including the candidate, could enter the room of returning officer to file nomination.
