BJP MP Adityanath held guilty for spreading communal hatred

Gorakhpur, Oct 19 (UNI) A Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court has found Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Yogi Adityanath as well as some other party and VHP workers guilty for spreading communal hatred here.

CJM Ajay Kumar Tiwari had yesterday found Gorakhpeeth successor and MP Adityanath, BJP MLA Radhamohan Das, former UP Minister Shiv Pratap Shukla and some others guilty, and ordered registeration of cases against them.

The court also directed the Cantonment police station in charge here to update it with the progress of the case after every 15 days.

As per the petition filed by one Parvez of Turkman colony, the leaders had passed objectionable remarks against a particular community while addressing people on January 27.
