BJP has no moral right to question UPA Govt on terrorism:Congress
Patna, Oct 19 (UNI) The Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee(BPCC) today flayed the BJP for its attack on the Manmohan Singh Government for price rise and increased incidents of terrorist attacks, saying it had no moral right to do so.
BPCC President Anil Kumar Sharma said during the state executive committee meeting of the BJP in Chapra, it had launched an attack on the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre for price rise and spurt in terrorist activities, but it was ridiculous as the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government had failed on these two fronts miserably.
''During the Vajpayee regime, terrorist attack on Parliament and Akshardham Temple bear an ample testimony to the fact that the BJP government has failed to contain terrorist activities in the country,'' he said adding the BJP had no moral right to question the UPA Government on the issue.
Similarly, the prices of essentials had increased alarmingly during the Vajpayee regime at the Centre, he pointed out.
