Anand Sharma gets additional charge of Information and Broadcasting Ministry
New Delhi, Oct 19 : Minister of State for External Affairs Anand Sharma has been given the additional charge of Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
Anand Sharma has been given additional charge till P R Dasmunsi is indisposed. Dasmunsi is undergoing treatment at the AIIMS after suffering a severe heart attack. President Pratibha Patil gave additional charge to Sharma on the advice of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, a Rashtrapati Bhavan statement said.
