Fourth 'Bourne' film in the making

London, Oct 18 : Fictional CIA assassin Jason Bourne will be seen again in the fourth installment of, according to reports.

The Variety has reported that Hollywood actor Matt Damon will be reprising his trademark role in the fourth installment, with Paul Greengrass directing 'Bourne'.

The fourth installment unlike the trilogy will not be based on the novels of late American author Robert Ludlum.

George, who co-wrote Bourne Ultimatum's screenplay would pen the fourth installment.

Ludlum wrote a trilogy of Bourne novels before his death in 2001.

Since his death, there have been a further three Bourne novels - all written by thriller and fantasy author Eric Van Lustbader.

It was previously thought 'The Bourne Ultimatum' movie, which followed 2004's The Bourne Supremacy and 2002's The Bourne Identity, and made nearly 450 million dollars around the world, would be the last of the films in the franchise.
