Four held for fraud in soybean purchase

Rajgarh, MP, Oct 18 (UNI) Four people have been arrested in connection with fraud in purchase of soybean in this district's Biora area, police said today.

Uttar Pradesh's Bijnaur-residents Mohammed Yasin, Irfan, Ehsaan and Javed were staying in Bhopal for past many days.

The foursome purchased soybean from farmers in Lasudalia village in Biora area yesterday. Villagers suspected that they had been duped by using false measurements and informed Biora police about it.

Police nabbed over 20 quintal soybean from the foursome and arrested them with their vehicles. Police found that 2.5 quintal soybean was more than actually measured.
