Former AIMTC President passes away

Chennai, Oct 18 (UNI) Former All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMTC) President and President of State Lorry Owners Federation P Sengodan died in Delhi today after a brief illness.

He was 59. He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.

A release from the Transport Congress here said Sengodan was suffering from kidney and liver problem. He was admitted to a hospital in Delhi for liver transplantation.
