Five injured in wall collapse

Chennai, Oct 18 (UNI) Five people were injured in a wall collapse at the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee Headquarters Sathiyamurthy Bhavan this morning.

Police said about seven people were engaged in demolishing a wall, which was in a dilapidated condition.

As it was raining, the wet wall collapsed and fell on the workers while they were demolishing it.

The five, who were trapped under the debris, were rescued and admitted to the Government Hospital for treatment.
