Central Bank to impart training for developmental programmes
Darbhanga, Oct 17 (UNI) Cetral Bank would impart training to those involved in developmental activities of rural sector and self- employment schemes.
Regional Assistant Manager of the Bank R K Thakur said here today that following the directives of the Union Rural Development Ministry, training centres for rural development and for self-employment would be set up at all district headquarters.
In the first phase such centres would be established in Darbhanga and Siwan districts. The state government had been contacted to provide land for the purpose.
Mr Thakur informed that the state government had assured to make available the land by the end of this month.
Under the scheme the persons engaged would be trained for self- employment. The Bank would extend all infrastructural facilities for the training programme.
