Winter session of Parliament begins on Oct 17

New Delhi, Oct 17: The winter session of Parliament begins on Friday, Oct 17 and will continue till the 21st of November. And it's likely to be as stormy as any ever seen.

The hotly debated topics are likely to be communal violence, terror laws, price rise and the effects of the global economic crisis. Parliament last met in a special two-day sitting in July when the Government secured the no-confidence motion with the help of new ally, the Samajwadi Party.
