Interest on AB Super, AB NRE deposit schemes hiked
Hyderbad, Oct 17 (UNI) Andhra Bank has raised the interest rate on its new deposit 'AB Super' scheme to 10.50 per cent from 10.25 per cent, effectve from tomorrow.
The bank, in a release here today said it had also increased the interest rates on NRE deposit by 0.50 per cent on all maturities .
(4.46 per cent to 4.96 per cent) for the period of one to two years, 3.76 per cent to 4.26 per cent for two to three years, 4.06 per cent to 4.56 per cent for beyond three years from yesterday.
AB Super, a fixed and reinvestment deposit scheme for a period of 650 days carries an interest of 10.50 per cent per annum. For senior citizens depositing under the scheme, they would get 0.50 per cent more, the release added.
