Central bank to impart training for developmental programmes
Darbhanga, Oct 17 (UNI) The Central Bank would impart training to those involved in developmental activities of rural sector and self-employment schemes, according to regional assistant manager of the bank R K Thakur here today.
Mr Thakur said in view of the directives of the Union Rural Development Ministry, training centres for rural development and self-employment would be set up at all the district headquarters.
He said in the first phase, such centres would be established in Darbhanga and Siwan districts, adding the state government had been contacted to provide land for the purpose.
Mr Thakur informed that the state government had assured to make available the land by the end of this month. The bank would extend all infrastructural facilities for the training programme.
