BPO employee found murdered in Navi Mumbai
New Delhi, Oct 17: A 34-year-old BPO employee, Anandita Mishra was stabbed to death on Thursday, Oct 16 night in Mumbai. A human resource personnel at the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai, Anandita was stabbed to death at around 2015 hrs in front of Koparkhairane railway station. "Anandita was returning home from work when she was fatally attacked. The police have launched a hunt for the killers ", Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner Ram Rao Wagh said.
An eyewitness has already provided some leads to the investigators and based on this, the police have ruled out robbery as the murder motive and suspected enemity as the motive.
DCP Navi Mumbai, R D Shinde said, "Someone stabbed her. There is just one stab mark which probably proved fatal. All her jewellery is intact, so the prima facie seems to be personal enimity. However, the reason of this enimity will be known only afer detailed investigation."
