2000 advocates boycott court proceedings

Coimbatore, Oct 17: Over 2,000 advocates of session and subordinate judiciary courts in Coimbatore district boycotted court proceedings on Thursday, Oct 16. The call for boycott was in response to a call given by advocates" federation to express concern over the treatment meted out to Tamils in Sri Lanka by the island army.
