BVS takes out 'morcha' to Adivasi Vikas Bhavan
Nashik, Oct 16 (UNI) Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS), the student wing of the Shiv Sena, today took out a 'morcha' to Adivasi Vikas Bhavan here in support of their demands.
As many as 500 activists took part in the morcha, led by Sanjay Mashelkar, vice president of the organization.
The morcha began from Shalimar Chowk. It was organized to register protest against corruption in Tribal Welfare projects, bad condition of various ashramshalas and hostels and other issues.
The participants of the morcha tried to damage the office. In attempt to control them, police used batons to control them. The activists also offered bangles to P K Bagul, Managing Director of Tribal Development Corporation (TDC).
