Body of missing student recovered from pond
Dharamshala, Oct 14 (UNI) A student of XII class, missing for two days from his home, was found dead in a pond in the Jawalamukhi temple town today, police said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police O P Jamwal today said that Arun, a resident of Jawalamukhi, was reportedly missing for the last two days, however, no missing report was lodged with the police in this connection and the family was trying to trace him own its own.
His body was found floating this morning in the pond popularly known as ' Devi Talab' in the Jawalamukhi temple town.
The police personnel took out the body and the autopsy report indicated death due to drowning, he said adding that police was investigating the case on different lines.
