Bank of India invests Rs 150 cr in HCC unit
New Delhi, Oct 14 (UNI) Bank of India has invested Rs 150 crore in a subsidiary of Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) in the form of convertible debentures.
The transaction will reconfirm equity valuation of the subsidiary-- Lavasa Corporation Ltd -- at Rs 10,000 crore, HCC said in a statement.
