Australian Trade Commission launches Utsav Australia

Rajkot, Oct 14 (UNI) The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) has launched 'Utsav Australia' (celebrate Australia), an Australian government initiative to raise awareness of Industry capability and to help Indian Businesses find the right Australian partner.

Briefing mediapersons at the Rajkot Chamber of Commerce and Industries (RCCI) office here this evening, the Australian Trade Commissioner Peter Forby said Austrade will provide a network of industry specialists, offering a range of free services for Indian businesses, including advice on access to appropriate business partners, on-going support to source new Austrailan products and services, ideas for growing Indian business with the help of Australian innovations and develop tailored business visit programmes to Australia.

The Trade commissioner was here to find areas to promote the Australian business in India particularly in Saurashtra and Gujarat region.

RCCI President Hitesh Bagdai said that the members of business community of Rajkot will have an interaction programme with Trade Commissioner of Australia Peter Forby late in the evening to work out the expansion of business opportunities in Australia and to find the opportunity to promote business in Australia and vice versa.
